About the Underground Café

The Underground Café endeavors to transform the experiences and perceptions of teens in Utica by creating venues for leadership, civic engagement and creative expression.

• The Youth Board: Youth can change their community, lead exciting events and speak up!
• OuterGround: Youth can hike, rock climb, kayak and experience the great outdoors
• Couper Art Program: Youth can create masterpieces, record albums and show off their talents
• The Accepted College Prep Program: Students can apply to the college of their dreams

All programs at the Underground Cafe are free to teens from 13 to 18 years old.
