Services Offered to School District
- Coordinate and facilitate prevention/intervention services to students and their families
- Complete Child and Adolescent Needs (CANS) Assessment on at-risk youth to identify appropriate and effective service referrals
- Work with school support teams to develop student service plans that enhance academic success and social emotional well-being
- Provide follow-up services and support for students and families with community agencies
- Make appropriate referrals to community agencies
- Support ongoing collaboration to promote and enhance programs which are identified as removing barriers to academic achievement
Our services are FREE to all Utica and Rome City School District students and their families.
